What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for Webfusion services by credit card, debit card or PayPal. These instant payment mechanisms allow us to set your account up or register your domain name(s) immediately.

We do not accept payment by check, cash or any other method.

What do your prices include?

We have a clear, open pricing policy. The fees you see on this site cover everything you will need to get started with your chosen products. Set up is free - there are no hidden extras.

Please note that at least one domain name must be associated with each web hosting package you buy. You can register a new domain for as little as 99¢.

What support do you offer?

We provide full telephone and online support, 24/7, every day of the year.

How does your money back guarantee work?

Our no-quibble, 30-day money back guarantee lets you try our services with no risk.

It allows you to cancel any of our packages within 30 days and get your money back. To claim under this promise, just call us within 30 days of your purchase and let us know you want to claim under the guarantee.

Because we're always trying to improve our products, we'll ask you why you're cancelling. But we won't use the hard sell to get you to stay on, and we'll close your account there and then.

Please note: the money back guarantee is available on all products except domain names. This is because domains can't be 'deregistered' once purchased, and we can't claim the registration fee back from the domain registry.

If you cancel a web hosting and domain package, you will be required to pay the cost for the domain, which will be yours for the entire registration period.
